I am loving vests aka waistcoats this year. Blake wears one well. I like that she chose a feminine top to go with it, but it could just as easily go with a graphic print tee and jeans!

good question Andrea! Not necessarily-I think experiment with it open and closed and alot will depend on the shirt under it and whether it will help make you look more busty etc. I think that blouse would be a good choice-it opens up the neck area....
