It gives a regular tank a boost of feminity and makes it more interesting.
You can take it into fall by adding a cardi or fitted jacket.

Who doesn't love a good ruffle? My only problem is that I've got ample boobage so ruffle placement can be tricky.
I saw this look a lot in a clothing catalog I was looking through yesterday. It's THE thing...but yeah, I'm not really looking for tanks right now. More sweaters and other winter clothes.
I have one similar and didn't consider taking it into fall-thanks for the tip.

I love ruffles! They tanks are great.
I love ruffled tanks in theory, but busty girls have to be careful about the placement of the ruffles, or they emphasize the wrong areas.
