Three Reasons To Love Breaking Dawn, Part Two

I was invited to a preview of the final installment of the Twilight movies.

Having read all of the books and seen all of the movies, I was eager for the series conclusion.

My three reasons, in a nutshell:

THE ENDING, THE ENDING, THE ENDING!

There was a twist at the end that literally whooshed the breath out of the viewing audience. While I gasped and marveled,  the audience behind me screamed, cheered, cried out, clapped, and laughed. It brought out so many emotions in a few minute sequence that I didn't even know how to arrange my face!

The ending scene of the movie is a moving, romantic, and sweet tribute to the series, and is sure to please Twilight fans.

The final movie was all of the things the other movies were: awkward, funny, cheesy, romantic, campy, yet somehow, to this moviegoer: SATISFYING.

*sigh*

  1. I'm definitely seeing it, but unlike part 1, I won't wait until the DVD comes out.

  2. I can't wait for this one. I'm anxious for all the vamp action. It has to be better than part 1 that was complete torture to me. Plus, I'm glad to hear it's satisfying.

  7. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Christina. I've been undecided whether or not I should see it. I really did enjoy the story within the books. I'm always fearful the screenwriters will do a 360.

    Have a fabulous week!
