I couldn't repair that, and was really upset about it ... until that whole '80s ripped jeans style came out about a year later. People were paying money for ripped jeans so I just happily took mine out again!<BR/><BR/>I recently saw a pair of ripped jeans in an ivory color that looked cute, and considered getting them, but I'm glad I held back. I just don't think this is a style that suits anyone, even with the most casual and bohemian clothes. I read in a book I just bought, by Isaac Mizrahi, where he warns anyone over the age of 14 to stay away from jeans that are ripped, bleached, etc., because he thinks they look cheap and kind of sloppy. I have to agree. <BR/><BR/>This is one of those looks I wore as a teenager and I got my fill then!
