Unwrap the carmels in a 14 oz. bag. Melt the carmels with 2 tbsp. of milk in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stick popsicle sticks in six apples. Dip the apples in the caramel and let them cool on wax paper (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray). Voila!
