This is a PERFECT spring/summer recipe.
Light, healthy, and refreshing!
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lemon (or lemon juice)
1 cup of fresh green beans
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tomato, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1. squeeze lemon juice over the cooked chicken
2.Boil green beans. Toss them in a bowl with 1 tbsp. of olive oil, crumbled feta and tomato.
3. Add in cubed chicken and avocado. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
