Wordless Wednesday:It's in the Cards

I'm always looking for different ways to display my holiday cards:

How about you?

Wow. I love those ideas. The first one is so pretty. It makes the cards stuck on the door with blue-tack at my house feel sad. LOL.

I've only received 3 cards this year so far, so I just keep them displayed on my fridge. But I like the last display idea! Very pretty :)

BTW - I have started the "business" side of things. Hopefully, it'll become officially next year when I make it an LLC with the state :)

I like the tree with the cards as ornaments. Me and the Mister haven't really done much decorating in the past. It always seemed like such a waste since we spend most of the holidays out of town. Next year? It. Is. On.

I do the same thing. I haven't thought of the string by the fireplace, though. Nice touch and easy. Hmmm...guess you know what I'm stealing from your fireplace this year. lol

We secure the cards to red ribbon with teeny-tiny clothespins. (Available at most craft stores.) You can hang the ribbon anywhere, but I'm really liking the fireplace idea!

I love the third picture! Then again, I have a thing for trees.

Love these! I love browsing apartmenttherapy.com and feeling like the most uncreative person ever :)

It's so funny you posted this--I was looking at my dismal method of card displaying and thinking how I really need one of those fan organizers, lol.

I wish I had cards that needed displaying now.

I love those ideas, they are so pretty. I have a thing on the wall to hold mine but it's very plain.

How beautiful. I love the card tree.

I know many of our friends have gone all 'green' this year and have decided not to send cards as they think them unenvironmentally friendly - fiddlesticks, I love christmas cards and an electronic one just isn't the same.

That first one and the tree are amazing! I just put mine on a shelf, for shame!!

I love the tree. I used to hang a string across the wall but now the cards go on the library.

I have a few cards, but then I haven't even sent mine yet! haha. I like the tree display.

Neat! I used to send as well as receive many more than I do nowadays. Now, I just put them across the top of the piano or by the TV (this year, on the piano). I used to tie string and tape them to the string, to make a "garland" of sorts. Kind of like your mantle photo. ;o)

Merry Christmas! I love card displays! We stick all the ones we get (with double-sided tape or one piece rolled into a circle) around the doorframe. It's pretty and everyone gets to see the cards on display. :o)
