I've Got a Whole Novel in my Brain...Mm Hmm

We're still in the throws of our long holiday weekend over here.

But that doesn't stop me from plotting, scribbling notes, or staring off into la la land, as I work through the plot of my next novel.

It kind of never goes away.

Add in all the chocolate and sugar I consumed for Easter and I probably look like this:

I can't wait to get my fingers jiving on that keyboard again.

quiet+leftover Peeps= hopped up adverbs and adjectives :D

SEE YOU ON WEDNESDAY!

P.S. Housekeeping Note: I'm finally letting go of my Real Style Real People URL in May (I haven't been a style blog in a really long time). So, it'll no longer point you to this blog. If you still want to keep up with my write-brained blog in your email feed, you need to SUBSCRIBE to Write-Brained using the button on my right sidebar (so you have to actually be on my site to get to it). Sorry! But thanks for all of your support over the last three years!

OMG! All that chocolate my kids got yesterday, and I didn't sneak any of it. #whatiswrongwithme?

I can't wait to read your new book. :D

Sounds like you had a good Easter with some fabulous ideas working up your sleeves! Best of luck on the keyboard! I myself have a few fun stories up my sleeves!

Good luck getting it out. I hope you aren't so wide-eyed.

I've been experiencing the same thing! I have two new novel ideas. Which one to start working on... I hope your Easter hunt was great!

I have been driving by that feeling you describe ...and I took the BIG step Easter morning. I submitted my query proposal email. We will see how it goes!

I've been on a sweets binge myself. There is so much in my house right now!!! I have no self control.

I love that you're full of endless ideas. I'm still waiting to see your name in lights.

If you've got the whole novel in your brain, you're really lucky! I never get a whole novel all at once. I get jigsaw puzzle pieces with a lot of missing pieces and no box to work from! :D

I'm all hopped up on chocolate and sugar too. And I still have leftover Easter treats. It's going to be a fun writing week! ;)

The planning stage is so exciting! I always wonder what people think about all day if they don't have books to plot out in their heads. :)

My high was sugar and caffeine induced. I am feeling it today. Ugh.

I still don't understand the peep.

Sorry, sidetracked.

Glad to hear your brain is on overdrive. The brainstorming is sometimes the most fun part!

I agree, it never goes away. If I'm not writing, I'm thinking about writing. Hope you enjoyed your long weekend!

P.S. I've had a cat with such small belly when stretched out.
