Quick Friday Five

1. The long Labor Day weekend always signifies an ending, a drifting away.

2. So we'll catch our final fireflies,

 3. Gaze up at the moon a few times more,

 4. Wonder at the Blue Angels as they blow into town,

5. Before finally tucking summer into bed.

HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND TOO! SEE YOU NEXT WEEK!

Lovely pictures, and a little poignant. Summer is ending. That last one is just beautiful.

The Blue Angels rule. They used to fly right over our house in Seattle every summer for the SeaFair festival.

Beautiful pictures!
Here in PA after a week containing an earthquake, a hurricane, and tornado warnings, we feel as if the lazy days of summer are already long gone. :(

I miss watching the Blue Angels practice since they closed down El Toro Marine Base. They were so much fun to watch. And loud too!
