Make You Mark

In ALL OF YOU, my New Adult contemporary romance releasing in September, Avery falls for a virgin tattoo artist, named Bennett.

One of his tattoos is of a poem that is significant to him and ends up becoming symbolic of their romantic journey together.

So searching for tattoo ideas was pretty cool. Because I wish I had the courage to get something really meaningful inked on me.

This article entitled, 50 Incredible Tattoos Inspired By Books, got me thinking about books I love and whether I'd ever consider getting a favorite line inked on me. Do you know what book the above image is from? Of course you do! ;-)

Do YOU have a tattoo? Tell me what it is!

See you next week!

I've never had the courage either. Something that will be there forever. I don't have a favorite though, at least I can't think of one this morning.
Can't wait till the release!

As you know, I have Thumper tattooed on my butt. I would love to get another tattoo, but I want something symbolic. It wouldn't go on my butt this time. I love the quote idea, especially from a poem or book.

Sorry, I'm not really into tatoos. So no, I'd never get one. But for those who like them, that's okay too.

I don't and I wouldn't, but that one is cool.

No, no tattoos, but I think they're cool. Way too chicken to subject myself to that pain, I barely made it through childbirth!

September will be here before you know it!!!!!!

I have a tattoo of a heart on my arse. :) I'd love another of 3 musical notes, one for each of my children.

I am too fickle to commit to a tattoo. I just know I'd get tired of it too soon. : )

I think having a favorite line from a novel as a tattoo is awesome! Even more so if the line was written by myself and someone chooses it. That would be a real thrill.

I love seeing tattooes on other folks, but I'm too much of a wimp to have one myself. :S

LOL. How do you know Stina has Thumper tattooed on her butt? If I came up with something as cool and symbolic as 9 3/4 then maybe I'd get it tattooed on me...but that's a bigggg maybe. I just can't stop visualizing how everything droops with age, so it would have to be tiny.

I have a tattoo of a feather quill pen in an ink bottle, with the words "carpe diem" on my ribs. The quill and bottle are for writing and I love Dead Poet's Society, as well as the Latin language. The tattoo means so much to me, to seize the day and write, to follow my dream. :)
