Three Reasons Why I love Joan Holloway's Style

I'm a newer convert to Mad Men, so here goes:

1. Her BOLD use of colors:

2. Playing up the features of her realistic womenly body:

3.This one is totally biased: I most love when she wears green (my favorite color) with her blazing red hair!
Gorgeous, assertive and sexy, all in one!

I think I just came up with my own Halloween costume-think anyone would get it?

She would make a fantastic costume -get a vintage dress at a re-sale shop and red wig!

I, too, am a recent inductee into the Mad Men craze. This past weekend, a friend loaned me the first season on DVD, and honestly, I did very little but sit with the laptop burning a hole in my thighs and the headphones clamped on, watching that fantastic show. I'm chomping to get at season 2, and then this season's episodes I've been recording.

I, too, love the styles, especially Joan's. The cinched in waist that accentuates the assets. The slow, deliberate, sexy walk. Heck, even the pin curled hair. I love it all!
